I love this ring so much I came back & bought the matching anniversary band, But......the ring was supposed to be a size 8.5, but it's very small! After getting a flashlight & looking inside the band I can see the engraved size & it's a 5.5! Quite a few sizes off LOL
But, accidents/mistakes happen no big deal, I've started my return to get my size 8.5, sent back today cannot wait to get the correct size, other than that 100% satisfied!
I purchased both the 3 stone ring and the matching band at the same time. The 3 stone ring arrived yesterday, neatly packaged and stunningly beautiful. It fits true to size and has a nice weight to it. I excitedly awaited the arrival of the band today. Both were purchased as new items.
When I opened the outside packaging of the band, I found the dreaded green "Ready to Ship" bag and only the black drawstring bag, cinched shut. When I took out the ring, one side was badly scratched like it had been worn against another ring for a while. The stones sparkled, but were slightly dulled.
For the price I paid, I decided to see if I could take a jewelry buffing stick and buff out the scratches, rather than return it. I thought this would also show me how the metal behaves. I was pleased that most of the scratching buffed right out and the metal shined right up. The stones sparkled up a bit more with a gentle scrub from a baby toothbrush. Does it look brand new? No. Is it pretty? I'll keep it. It helps that I had already decided to order a 2nd band at the current sale price to try stacking all three. I sure hope I don't receive another green bag!
