🔁 How to Start a Return
If your item does not meet your expectations, simply email us at info@mamasjewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
📦 Return ConditionsItems must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Engraved, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will cover the return cost in those cases.
💳 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

All prices are listed in USD. Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
