Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for a return or replacement after review.
Non-Returnable Items
Because these products are made to order, the following items cannot be returned:
- 10K & 14K gold jewelry
- Engraved, personalized, or custom-made items
- Final-sale items marked as non-returnable at checkout
These exclusions apply to all orders and ensure transparency in our custom production process.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at mamasringstore@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos, only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
This inbox is handled directly by the Central Diamond Center support team.
Return Review & Approval
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and email you:
- A return authorization
- Instructions for sending your item back
- Information about return shipping fees, if applicable
Do not ship items back without authorization, as we may not be able to process the return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Inspection Process
Every returned item is inspected upon arrival.
Returns may be denied if the item:
- Shows signs of wear
- Is damaged due to misuse
- Is returned without original packaging
- Does not match the return authorization details
If a return is denied, the item will be shipped back to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5β10 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
