Mama’s Rings offers free shipping within the continental United States on all orders of $69.00 or more. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Customers may also choose Priority Mail for faster delivery at an additional cost. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

⏱️ Processing Time
Our jewelry are custom-made. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days, depending on our current production schedule.

😊 30-Day Return Policy (Satisfaction Guarantee)
We stand behind our products. Mama’s Rings offers a 30-day return policy on all non-engraved items.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Engraved, personalized, or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are custom-made for each customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
