I love the asscher cut, but am notorious for losing earrings and don't want to spend the money on real diamonds I'm sure to lose. I initially rated these as 5 stars, but downgraded to 4 because these don't seem to be as described. If they were actually gold posts and sterling silver, my ears wouldn't react, but after having these in for several hours, my ears are infected. If you don't react to cheap metals, you should be fine, if you do, steer clear. I ordered the 1.5 cttw and I'm wowed by the cut. Literally the finest cut asschers I have seen in costume jewelry. They are a conservative size, and very very believable. Knowing that earrings are usually the lowest quality diamonds and these are obviously flawless is your only give-away that they're fake, and you'd need to be really up close for that inspection.
The earrings came in a satin pouch with a plastic box inside. The box doesn't do the earrings any justice, and if you're trying to gift these, a bit deceiving because it says "diamond". Having ordered several asscher cz rings from Amazon for comparison and to try, I opened these earrings last and am VERY impressed with the quality of the cut of the stones. I'm going to search this brand for rings and compare the "Amazon Collection" ones. To be fair, I'm quite particular when it comes to quality. (On a side note, Amazon Collection seems to be similarly sourced as the exclusive brand on a home shopping channel, so take the time to compare prices, depending on the item, it could be cheaper from either source.) The backs are very secure, I do worry about the posts bending because the backs are so tight. Sadly, these are going back due to the cheap metal allergy. Such a bummer because the cut is so fine! I included a couple of photos, but it's a bit hard to focus...
Beautiful quality! However, too small for me. CZ sizing is not equivalent to diamond weight. Millimeter is a better gauge to determine the stone size of your CZ... knowing this, I ordered these earrings anyway. The sparkle and cut of the stones are fantastic! Unfortunately they were too small on my ears so I returned. I would buy again if they made a larger size stone.
I just received my earrings and they are so much more than I expected!!!!! 2.5 carats and they are perfect!!!! I am so excited!!!!! I absolutely love this pair of earrings they are stunning. I repurchased these earrings because I loved the first pair and when the second pair arrived on March 26, 2025 I was totally disappointed the box they were in was smashed and the earring post was bent in half.
