This Pendant comes with your choice of 1 to 7 round simulated Birthstones sterling silver with your choice of platinum plating, or yellow or rose gold plating. The stones measure 3.0mm each. All of the round Pure Brilliance Zirconia accent stones around the birthstones measure between 1.00mm to 1.30mm. This beautiful pendant comes with a 22" adjustable box chain, made in Italy.
- You can add to this pendant more birthstones years after you purchased it and when you have a newborn to add to it, up to 7 birthstones (including one for Mom!). On the yellow tab (on the right of the screen) you could customize this pendant completely. In box number one please tell us the mothers birthstone Box number Two please abbreviate Birthstone Child 1 Child 2 Child 3 (ex. Jan-Oct-Dec) Please do the same in box 3 and 4 (Mar–Sep-Nov).
